With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the field, I specialize in providing exceptional insured Technology Services, particularly focusing on high-end AV installations. I have built a strong team and we are all experts at HD Golf and HD SportSuite Simulator pre-install visits, installations, trouble-shooting and problem solving. My technical proficiency spans across various platforms, including experience in network setup, monitor and screen installation, video wall installation and control, and video conference setup and troubleshooting. I have managed all aspects of AV productions for private and corporate events, showcasing my strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid client relationships. I excel in delivering timely project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing global teams to achieve outstanding results. In the past 16+ years, I've amassed extensive experience in AV and installations across various disciplines. In addition to expert installation of HD Golf and HD SportSuite Simulators, one of the highlights of my career was serving as Lead Technician & Operations Manager for full-scale live event production companies, where I played a pivotal role in producing several high-profile PGA events at prestigious hotel/resort golf courses nationwide. From Pebble Beach Resort to Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay Golf Links, and from The Presidio Club Golf Course to Golden Gate Park Golf Course, I've had the privilege of contributing to unforgettable experiences for both participants and spectators. My journey in the sporting world also led me to significant milestones, including securing FBI & NSA security clearances to produce the 2010 & 2011 US Open Tennis Championships at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City with Kreate Global. These experiences have not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me a deep understanding of the meticulous planning and execution required for successful events. Overall, my career has been defined by a passion for delivering exceptional AV experiences and a dedication to exceeding client expectations. With a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, I have been instrumental in delivering seamless and high-quality solutions to clients across various industries. My extensive experience encompasses installation of HD Golf and HD SportSuite, designing, installing, and maintaining complex audio/video systems, as well as integrating low-voltage technologies for optimal performance. I am also a seasoned veteran in videography and photography, am experienced in shooting music videos and possess a Commercial 107 Drone license, enabling me to capture stunning aerial footage. I am known for my exceptional problem-solving skills, commitment to customer satisfaction, and dedication to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. My proficiency in delivering innovative and reliable installations has earned me a reputation as a trusted expert in the field.
